Ordering

• DP Studio designs, crafts, and engraves jewelry, firearm, knives, and fine art. You are welcome to select from all the designs presented in DP Studio's portfolio, and the chosen item will be crafted upon your request. After selecting the desired design, please contact or call DP Studio at +1 608 770 4705 to inquire about ordering and pricing.
• DP studio would be glad to alternate details of existing design, and even incorporate client's own ideas, in order to create an absolutely unique and authentic art work. For example, you can choose a particular design, but alternate metals, gems, or design pattern. All the elements of custom design orders should be clearly outlined by DP Studio and accepted by the client prior to placing an order. Please, contact or call us to discuss your special order. Design elements would not be alternated after an order has been placed.
• A non-refundable deposit is required for processing each order. The deposit will be counted toward the final bill. The deposit is meant to cover artist's labor and raw material expenses in case of order cancellation. The deposit should be paid within ten business days after receiving the estimate. All the price estimates can be guaranteed for ten business days only due to the liquid nature of gems and valuable metals markets.
• The time it takes to craft an item varies with respect to complexity of the project, materials used, and labor involved in the process. You will be given an approximate time you should expect to have an item ready.
• The final invoice will be sent to you when the item is ready, and it should be paid in full within ten business days. The item will be shipped via UPS delivery services within two business days after receiving the payment. If no payment was made during the specified period, the artist reserves the right to keep the item.

  • We apologize for the inconvenience, but DP Studio Online currently cannot accept credit cards
• All the Money Orders and Casher’s Checks should be payable to the DP Studio, 3550 Breckenridge Ct., Fitchburg, WI 53713. Please, include your order number when sending a Bank Check or Money Order, so we can match your payment to the ordered item. Items paid for with Bank Checks and Money Orders will be sent after the payment clears.
• All deposits should be paid within ten business days after receiving a price estimate for your order. All the price estimates can be guaranteed for ten business days only due to the liquid nature of gems and valuable metals markets.
• All the final invoices should be paid in full within ten business days. If no payment was made during the specified period, the artist reserves the right to keep the item.

Shipping

• As a token of our appreciation of your business, DP Studio provides free shipping and shipping insurance for all the items.
• All the items are shipped via UPS delivery services within two business days after being paid in full. A signature upon delivery is required.

Return

• All the sales are final and non-refundable due to the nature of our business and the fact that mostly all of our products are maid upon client's request.
• We are willing to provide full repair of an item damaged during the shipping at no charge. The shipping of the repaired item is at client's expense.

Warranty

• Each item comes with a warranty certificate. The certificate provides description of the purchased item, materials used, and artist's authentic signature. The certificate grants 10 years warranty for free repair of an item damaged within a reasonable use and discounted repair of an item damaged by an accident.
