All DP Studio jewelry pieces come with artist's stamp and certificate, which also grants 10 years warranty.

Each DP Studio jewelry piece comes with a warranty certificate. The certificate provides description of the purchased item, materials used - metals and gems, color, weight, and size. Each certificate carries Dmitriy Pavlov's authentic signature. The certificate grants 10 years warranty for free repair of an item damaged within a reasonable use and discounted repair of an item damaged in an accident.

A damage caused within a reasonable use relates to moderate scratches of the metal and/or gemstone, tarnishing, loosening of the gemstone, happened over a period of time.

The best way to clean your new and old jewelry is to use simple liquid hand soap and old tooth brush and gently wash the jewelry in warm water. For drying and polishing use a soft cloth to prevent scratching. Do not dry off jewelry items with paper towels.

Never use any bleach, salt, acid, ammonia, or acetone containing products, hair color or suntan. Avoid spraying perfume or cologne, because it might stain or tarnish the jewelry and damage your valuable piece.

It should be cleaned it regularly. The term "regularly" will depend on how often the piece is worn. For example, if you permanently wear your wedding band, it should be cleaned once a week. The more often you clean it, the easier it is to avoid the hard build-up, which will require more aggressive cleaning. The main key for proper cleaning is to do it very gently.

All the jewelry should be preferable kept in dry cool place. Padded jewelry boxes or individual cloth pouches are ideal for storing the items. Do not put several items in the same box or pouch in order to avoid scratching and tarnishing. We suggest not leaving your ring on the dresser, because it will be covered with a layer of dust and air moisture within just a couple of hours.
