Are all the jewelry items handcrafted?
Yes, all the items are handcrafted. Dmitriy Pavlov designs, crafts, and engraves jewelry, firearm, knives,
and fine art. Each item is crafted upon the individual order.
Are all the designs presented in the portfolio available for purchasing?
All the designs presented in studio's portfolio are available for ordering.
You are welcome to select from all the listed designs.
Will the ordered item look exactly like in the portfolio?
An ordered item will look like the one shown in the picture. Since all of our items are handcrafted, minor
deviations might occur due to the unique shape of each gem.
Can I alternate design elements?
Yes, we will be glad to alternate design elements to create an absolutely unique piece of jewelry. You will
have to specify exactly which elements should be alternated and how. All your requests should be clearly
outlined prior to placing an order. We will work close with you to capture the all the specifications to

Which design elements can be alternated?
Since all the items are crafted upon client's request, the possible alternations are infinite. You can
request a specific item to be crafted from a different metal and/or gemstone. Sizes and design patterns can
vary as well.
Can I have an item made according to my personal design?
Yes. An item can be crafted according to your personal design. Moreover, you design can be incorporated into
existing patterns. All the elements of custom design orders should be clearly outlined by DP Studio and accepted

Are all DP Studio jewelry pieces stamped and certified?
All DP Studio jewelry pieces come with artist's stamp and certificate, which also grants 10 years warranty.

Dmitriy Pavlov, a world-class goldsmith and artist with over 25 years of experience.
What are the other services provided by DP Studio?
Besides just selling and shipping our items, we proudly provide ten years warranty certificate for free repair
of an item damaged within a reasonable use and discounted repair of an item damaged by an accident. You will
also receive easy product care guidelines, which should help prolong the life of your precious jewelry piece.
